Many of us know firsthand that chronic alcohol consumption puts stress on the liver and causes some morning-after discomfort.

Luckily and just in time for New Years, Researchers at the Institute of Medical Science and Jeju National University in Korea have published a study identifying the leaves and shoots of asparagus as a scientifically feasible hangover remedy.

Asparagus has long been used as a herbal medicine due to it’s anticancer, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties. Now we know that in addition to those great benefits, the amino acids and minerals found in asparagus can alleviate hangover symptoms and protect liver cells against toxins.

The study noted that, “Cellular toxicities were significantly alleviated in response to treatment with the extracts of asparagus leaves and shoots.” Instead of messing around with different cooky concoctions, just grab a nice green snack the next time you go out!

Hangovercaps is a remedy against hangovers. There are many supposed cures for hangovers. The intensity of a hangover depends on the condition of the liver, which is partially determined by heredity and also lifestyle. By taking Hangovercaps before consuming alcohol, your liver will receive optimal support and you will not have a hangover the next morning.
